Mapping Step by Step Instructions
- Go to https://ohredistrict.org/get-involved
- Click on “Draw Community Maps”
- Choose Statewide, regional, or city map
- Name your map: CAIR-Ohio-communityname-yourname ——Ex: CAIR-Ohio-Oakley-Whitney——
- “Paint” your community
- Add description
- Add important places
- Click save
- Submit your finished map at https://portal.ohio-mapping.org/
- Use same map name for Submission Title
- Choose ”Community” under Submission Title (not written testimony)
- Paste the URL of your map
- Copy your description from your map and paste under ”Tell us about your community of interest”
- Add tags: cairohio, open-maps, your city, your county, your neighborhood, your region (central ohio, southwest ohio, etc.)
- In your contact info – be sure to include your phone number
- Check boxes and submit!
