Record-sealing, often called expungement, allows eligible individuals to have their criminal records sealed from the public eye. This process is vital for providing people the opportunities they need to reenter and reconnect with their communities.
Arrests, misdemeanors, and even some low-level felonies may be eligible for expungement.
Our staff and trained volunteers will help:
- determine whether you are eligible to have your criminal record sealed,
- help you complete the record-sealing application,
- and answer any questions you may have about the process.
The next clinic will be Saturday, June 12th, 2021 at 11am. Due to COVID-19, clinics are currently held virtually via Zoom.
