Report an Incident

If you are facing imminent danger, please stop reading this and immediately call 911.

CAIR–OH takes all reports of discrimination, harassment, and hate crimes very seriously. However, we are unable to accept all cases. Completing the form linked below and any subsequent communication with CAIR-OH does not guarantee that we will be able to provide you with legal services.

Unless and until CAIR-OH agrees to take your case, you are solely responsible for any and all deadlines which might apply to your specific situation (deadlines on bringing claims or lawsuits may also be called ‘statutes of limitations’).

We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible. However, due to the high volume of requests for assistance, please allow at least 7 – 10 business days after submitting your form for a response. A response from us does not automatically mean we will take your case.

If your request is urgent (for example, you have an upcoming meeting, court date, or law enforcement matter) please describe the urgency in the form and call our office at (614) 451-3232. If you have a non-legal request, please email info@cair-ohio.com.

Use the button below to fill out your incident report form, please allow at least 10 business days for staff to review your report.

Our Services

Our team is dedicated to serving and defending Muslims across the state and we are proud to offer these no-cost legal services to our community.

Employment Discrimination

Every Muslim employee has a right to equal treatment and to practice their religion at work. We represent Muslims facing religious discrimination in the workplace, including lack of prayer accommodations and unfair employment practices.

Equal Treatment Under the Law

Muslims often face discriminatory treatment when interacting with law enforcement, immigration, other government agencies, and in places of public accommodation. Our team is committed to defending the rights of Ohio Muslims against discriminatory government treatment and ensuring fair and just treatment for all.

Advocacy & Empowerment

Empowerment through legal education and self-advocacy is crucial in uplifting the Muslim community. CAIR-Ohio attorneys provide Know Your Rights trainings, self-advocacy templates, and legal consultations to help community members navigate through a variety of legal issues. Our attorneys also serve as victim advocates for Muslims who have experienced hate crimes.
